FIRST TIME ACTIVATION
Please, follow the instructions below to activate your account for the first time
1 – Go to MyTapMedID.com
2 – Click on First Time Activation button.
3 – Fill your personal information.
4 – Fill the ID and PIN printed on your TapMedID device.
5 – Click on Activate.
At this point, your account has been created and you are ready to fill in all your information.
We recommend that you fill out as much information as possible, in the event of an emergency, you never know what information may help save your life.
How can I edit my existing profile?
In order to add or edit the information on your account, please follow the instructions below:
1 – Access MyTapMedID.com.
2 – Log in by using the email and password that was used to create your account.
3 – Once you have access to your account, you can choose the information you would like to add or edit by using the menu located to the left.
ADD A NEW DEVICE TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT
Please, follow the instructions below to add a new TapMedID device to your existing account
1 – Go to MyTapMedID.com
2 – Fill the email and password you used to create your account
3 – Click on Login button
4 – Click on My Devices option on the left menu
5 – Click the + button on the top right corner of the screen
6 – Fill the ID and PIN printed on your new device and add a name, that will help you identify it later.
7 – Click on Save button
At this time, your new device will already be linked to your account.
It is important to clarify that you should not fill in your information for each one of your devices, since all the devices that are associated with your account will show the same information.
Every time you update any of your account information, it will be displayed by accessing it from any of your TapMedID devices.
